The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-governmental, non-profit, self-governing, members’ organization which functions in Ukraine since 1972.
 The activity of the Chamber is regulated by the Law of Ukraine «On chambers of commerce and industry in Ukraine».
 
The Mission of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the creation and support of a favorable environment for conducting business in Ukraine and the strengthening of international business cooperation «Ukraine-World». The goal is a developed and strong national business.  
 
The system of the CCI in Ukraine is a platform for the formation of business connections and communications between national and foreign business and government.
 
With the goal of promoting development of international economic relations, the UCCI creates with its foreign partners joint advisory bodies – business councils, mixed trade chambers. Representatives of the Chamber are part of 69 intergovernmental committees on issues of economic cooperation, sub-committees and work groups.

Membership base: nearly 9 thsd. companies, firms and their associations  
Amount of SMEs among members: 85 %
Business associations in the structure: over 60
 
Activity areas:
- provision of constant dialogue between business and organs of state government;
- development of foreign economic relations and promotion of Ukrainian export;
- representation of interests of Ukrainian business in Ukraine and abroad;
- wide specter of services for companies and entrepreneurs in conducting business.

  • The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization;
  • The Central European Initiative.
